Born in late 1990s, Chephas Originates from Uganda currently resident of UAE currents as operations supervisor house2homes real estate and homes2retreat vacation rental homes.
With 7 years of gulf experience in Residential facilities operations, management and hospitality with a Diploma in Environmental management.
Currently Chepha handles day to day operations of house2homes, these include finding property, coordinating viewings, work permits and some documents required in real estate to access buildings. He also handles homes2retreat holiday homes operations including registration of units to run as holiday home, interior design, advertisement, bookings and reservations, check-in and check outs and customer coordination.
Previously, he was facilities soft services project supervisor for Dubai South residential district where he made sure the project runs smooth. He did deployment, staff payroll documents, leave allocation, inventory, material requests, machinery and monitor day to day operation.
Hospitality is an esteem experience that Chepha enjoys as he has served in many hospitality field as he was one of the guest service executives in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia pavilion at EXPO 2020 and soft service supervisor in Almakhtoum airport VIP terminal.
